Travis was very nice at first, as he was eager to help me and took an interest in my case -- a broken refrigerator. He cleaned out the filter and other parts, but the fridge still didn't work. So he diagnosed the problem as the thermostat, ordered the part and returned to my apartment ten days later to perform the repair. At the time of returning, we unplugged and plugged the unit back in and lo and behold, the fridge started blowing cold air. He and I realized that the problem was probably not the thermostat. To be fair, he did reanimate my fridge from the dead. But after his repair, the fridge started becoming too cold. I placed a mercury thermometer in the unit and it read 20 degrees cooler than the fridge's thermometer was reading. I alerted him of this new problem. At first, Travis was very eager to help me with this problem also, and as far as I remember offered to do it without further charges, save for charging for a new thermometer, which I gladly would have paid for. I spoke to him on the phone, agreed with his assessment and stated I was willing to go along with his plan. The reason I am giving him a 0.5 stars for customer service is because several weeks later when I asked him what I would need to do to get a new thermometer and have it installed, he balked. He called me "a trip" and said I was being "needy" and that he had made "too many trips already." I suppose he said this because I was asking him to perform further repairs outside the scope of the original agreement. That is understandable but he did not ask for further compensation initially, and gave me the impression that replacement of the thermometer would be part of the original repair. If he had asked for further compensation for another visit, I may have considered obliging him or at least negotiating. But he was rude and unprofessional and really left a bad taste in my mouth. In sum, although his work is good, his attitude was not consistent. I would not recommend you work with him in the future. Or at least that you do not trust that he will be the same nice Travis before and after payment.

Worst contractors out! Don't hire. They don't come prepared, don't have the right tools. Had my wife help them with most of the work. Then never showed up to fix the part once it came in. It disgusts me that there are people out there taking advantage of people.
