Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Project was done quickly. Price was higher that others, but I hired them because they could address my issue immediately that same day. I had a small fire in my electrical box and needed the box and breakers replaced. Tech was knowledgeable and nice work work with and provided updates as he worked. He finished the job within a few hours.
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5…price was high. Also, I came home the day after the job was done and my furnace was off and my washer/dryer breaker was tripped. Haven’t determined the cause yet, but will provide an update once I figure it out or have Precision back out to check things.

Great company to work with. They were right on with their estimates. Professional and detailed in the work they performed. Very clean and thorough in every aspect of the work. They walked around with me find out and place receptacles where I wanted them. They quoted and perfect the job to my specifications. They did not try and add on or up sale anything.

Didn't have hot water, but did get it relit prior to their arrival. Didn't get anything done, but he did check to make sure it was done right. Glad they were able to get me in the same day.

They ordered a part and said they Overnighted it but had no way to track it? When you overnight a part you should have a tracking number....Very poor communication, never called back for any updates. Very Salesmen like, tried to upsell everything, and very expensive.

Dean inspected my water heater and gave me several options or fixing or replacing it. I decided to replace the old one and was surprised at how fast the new one was installed. Dean was very helpful, polite, and professional. Anything he moved he put back and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision Today!

This company will work with you to decide based on your needs what is best and what you can afford. They ( there were 2 gentlemen) who were on time, courteous, friendly, helpful and had answers to questions. The work was done in less than 2 hrs allowing me to relax for the rest of the evening .

Tim Reed was very knowledgeable and persistent. I had a clog where my tub was filling up with sewage when the grey water sump pump pumped water into the drainage pipes. Over 20 years I have had on and off problems with this and it was getting worse. I had 2 plumbing companies come out before Precision, and they both said the old drainage pipes need to be replaced for over $2000.00. Tim was able to get rid of the clog with a special clog busting tool that was small enough to go into the small drainage pipes. The sump pump water now flows fast and does not come close to the tub drainage which was a problem when I first bought the house. So of course I am extremely happy to get rid of this persistent problem that has been plaguing me forever. Thank you.

They cleared sink and tub drains and replaced a toilet on the same day the work was requested. Very professional, did a great job, and left the work area clean.
