Sales person was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in his initial survey for estimate. Installation crew could have done a better job of cleanup. Cost was a bit high compared to others, but we are pleased with the outcome.

These guys were great. There was a little communication snafu in the beginning. I got a verbal quote and when I called to make the appointment the scheduler told me they couldn't do that until they'd come out to do a physical inspection. However the delay was not that inconvenient and they did an excellent job.

3/3/16 Miller's A/C replaced my old heat pump system. From the Office staff to the Installers, I found everyone at Miller's to be very knowledgeable, informative, courteous and professional. In fact, the owner contacted me the next day to insure that I was satisfied with the work that was done which shows providing quality service is important to them. I was very impressed as a former business owner with the professional, courteous service provided by Miller Central Air. They could have taken me for a ride and did not. It was a simple fix and they charged me what I consider a very reasonable price. In addition the tech. double checked my system and performed an overall system check including topping off the refrigerant in the A.C.. I am so impressed that I am signing up for their scheduled maintenance service twice a year. I don't give out unwarranted five star ratings, however, in this case they were well earned. My overall experience can only be called "excellant".

A technician was promptly sent out - he did a detailed inspection of my current a/c system, explaining current status of the compressor and handler. He 'tuned' my current system and I will definitely contact Miller's in the future when it is time to install a new system. The technician was very generous in his time and in his explanations; he also installed a new a/c thermostat. Exemplary service by the technician and the main office in setting up appointments.
