Great service

Unreliable. It was only by threat that I got my project finished at all. The work was decent but he did not cover anything in my bathroom whatsoever so I ended up having to do an extra job cleaning. He was late to my consult appointment. His prices are extremely competitive but you get what you pay for and he only half completed the project after arriving late the day he was supposed to do it and then it took four days of me hassling him to get him out to complete it.

Mr Miller did not complete the job as contracted. Plastering was done well.

We just moved a month ago and with the new house got a washer and dryer when we had a perfectly good one from our previous home. We wanted to swap out the washer and dryer for the ones we bought but were unsure they would fit due to platforms on the old set and cabinets on the wall in the laundry room. Brian came by to take a look and give an estimate and completed and completed the job in a short time. Because the old set was heavy he called someone to help swap the appliances. He installed the washer and dryer according to instructions and leveled both. He also waited around while I completed a short load of laundry to make sure everything was fine. During that time my husband had him attach some quarter round on the floor that was loose. We are very happy. Did an excellent job at a fair price.

I hate writing this but had a very poor experience. He missed his first appointment before missing the second one after we rescheduled. Little to no communication throughout the process, and have had to reschedule with another company seeing as my job was not done. Frustrating.

When the handyman came he did not announce himself as one of your workers. Then when I showed him what I wanted done, he said it was going to take him way longer than what I pre-paid for. I said no way. It shouldn t take him any longer than the 3 hours. He said that on his invoice it said two hours not three. This did not set well with me, but told him to get started. After an hour and a half he didn t even have it started. He just had a big mess in garage. At that point he comes and tells me his drill s battery is dead and so is his back up battery. And he left his stud finder home. So now he won t be able to do the work. He will have to come back the next day and would do the work for free. I had him clean up mess and he left with the promise that he would be there the next day at 1pm. Well , he came back but not until 3pm. And, he only got 1 rack up and spent about 30 mins. straightening the storage stuff in middle of garage. So now I am left with another rack that needs to be put up and a garage that still needs to be organized.

Was able to complete the project in a timely manner. The painting and drywall patching were done well.

Holidays are a busy time, and it was concerning that Brian did not confirm the appointment. Was also very confusing that Home Advisor showed a map with Miller's Handyman Service location near Cedar Springs, MI when in actuality, the company is located in Portland, MI quite a few miles away. Had I known the distance I would have hired elsewhere. Brian Miller was friendly and willing to do the job (washing machine repair / hook up) with the skill necessary. He did a good job and I would hire him again in the future.

He did very good! I wish him well!

He can handle it all, I have no complaints.
