He responded fast gave me a estimate, I told him ok and within 2 hours the job was done and the yard was cleaned up looking nice.

Jason Miller called me the same day in response to my request on Home Advisor, and provided excellent help over the phone, at no cost. Then, he came to review the situation at our home the next day, on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday, the job (a temporary fix for the season) was completed; and, I am delighted! My husband and I struggled for 2 weeks attempting to find and figure out how to fix a leak. Other companies we contacted were too busy to be bothered and/or not helpful at all. Within 48 hours of talking to Jason, we went from a pool that was leaking terribly, shutdown, ugly and unusable, to a beautiful, clear operational pool with no leaking! I am so happy! The guys he sent to do the work were great; and, we will continue to use Millers Pool & Spa, and recommend them to everyone for future needs. Jason also followed-up with phone calls to make sure everything was good. You can trust Millers Pool & Spa to help you and find a solution that meets your needs! Someone was out the next day to take a look and start opening the pool. The old owners hadn't opened the pool in a couple years so it took a couple of days to get it into shape for swimming. They did an awesome job!

Jason Miller responded within minutes of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. We set an appointment for later that evening. He was on tome and looked at the pool and made not an estimate but quoted a firm fair price price. He replaced the liner in our 27' above ground pool 2 days later. Time was critical to us since we had just discovered our old liner was ripped when we started to open the pool the day before. We had a pool party planned for my daughter's High School Graduation the following week. Our regular "go to" pool service provider could not complete the job in time. From now on Jason and his crew will be called for all work needed on our pool from now on. No more shopping around.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, paid for services and did not provide receipt. Services where not nearly complete.
