Our technician Bill did a fantastic job. He immediately let us know he had arrived and was ready to go to work. He took complete charge of cleaning my gutters (and keeping me off the two story roof, IAW my wifeâ  s instructions). After our walk around review, he set up two ladders that were perfect for getting on our 1st and 2d story roofs. He explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to perform the work and what he expected us to see when the job was done. He wanted me to watch his work (safely from ground level). He completed his work safely without any difficulty. The charge for work was exactly as was stated. If I needed to rate him on a 1 to 10 (highest) rating he would receive a 10 ++ from me. I was very glad to have such a highly personable, qualified and happy person to do (work my wife did not want me to do and which I was dreading). Thanks Bill snd the Millerâ  s Sparkling Company.
