Miller's Tree Service

Part of our agreement was for them to remove the stumps left behind. They stated that they had someone that would do that after the tree was removed. I paid for that in advance and they have never come to remove the stumps. I have contacted them a number of times and have not had favorable service in removing the stumps. DO NOT use this service. They are unreliable.

They came out, gave great estimate. Came back with in 45 minutes if estimate did the work pulled the items to the curve and cleaned up area really well. I would hire this company again.

They removed several trees from my property, some of which were precariously close to the house, successfully. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends. Clean up was timely and reasonably well done.

Jody and his team were true to their word and even though they started later than expected they completed taking down a tree and trimming 4 others in the same day plus they did an excellent clean up. They got our vote any day.

i can't say enough good things about this company/service. They came out the very same day we spoke on the phone. They came to give the free estimate - and then were so kind to go ahead and do the job right then and there! The two gentlemen (Matt and sorry i didn't get the other's name) were so polite, helpful and answered all my questions. They also offered advice, and even told me what i did not need done. They and the owner, Jodi, are coming back out tomorrow morning to answer more questions and talk about other services they offer that I will most certainly hire them for! (they also mow, pull weeds, fertilize, and help with some landscape issues I have as well!) IF YOU NEED ANY OF THESE THINGS, I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND MILLER'S TREE SERVICE!!!!!

Job was okay, but the owner Jody has no respect for his customers. He wants to do things his way and could not care less what the customer wants. Causes damage to personal property, then refuses to take responsibility for it. Cusses the customer and makes threats once he gets mad. They also failed to get a permit from the city to remove the tree. I will not hire this company for any additional work

Called them know Monday morning. Brian was here Monday evening to look at tree and give the quote. Back Tuesday to cut the Tree that was struck by lightning Sunday. Thanks guys. Prices were good. I will keep their number for any other tree I might have to have cut.

Miller's was the lowest bidder by more than $300. 1st cut dropped a good size branch right on top of my portable garage and bent the metal frame beyond repair I'm sure and several holes in the tarp . They said they would fix it but I believe the metal poles will break if they are straightened out. They are fast and glad to have the trees on the ground.

This team of 4 men worked non stop until the job was done. Reminded me of the way people used to work back in the day, you don't see that much anymore. Very reasonably priced and did a great job. We will be using them for future trimming.

Punctual, courteous, trimmed and cleaned up three large trees. Reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

This company did an excellent job . I've had Trees removed in the past, but not that efficiently and reasonable price.

they were a little careless with personal property but did good work

They did a great job cutting down our 2 large oaks trees & getting them hauled off. However a few days later, one of our neighbors who has a vacant wooded property around the corner showed up at our house. It turned out that a couple of the workers had dumped branches & limbs from our trees onto his property rather than hauling them off to where ever they were supposed to take it. I had to call & complain about it. Jody had someone come out to clean that up but they didn't get all of it & left a few limbs anyway.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! Jody and a few other guys came and did the estimate and we discussed everything I wanted and were all on the same page. The people he sent out here had a different company's logo and everything, they knew nothing about what I wanted, didn't bring the correct equipment that had been discussed, acted completely put out when I asked them to do what we had discussed when they got here, they ruin the stump from the tree that was inmy deck which was most important to me that they leave and they tried putting all the trimmings in my front yard when I had specifically asked them to put it in the back. I called Jody and he basically told me there was nothing he could do and the still charged me FULL price. I am extremely dissatisfied and pissed off and these people should never ever be hired!!! Horrible experience and not professional at ALL and would HIGHLY advise people to find someone else for their tree trimming needs!!!!

5 stars doesn't seem like enough to convey how pleased we are with the work done today by Miller's Tree Service. Brian came out a few days before to assess the project and our 1.5 acre lot, and suggested hiring one of their 4 or 5-man crews for the whole day, to remove as many of our 13 problem trees as possible in one day. The all-day rate for a 5-man crew was surprisingly affordable. To maximize the value of their expertise, time and labor (i.e., to fell as many of those trees as possible in one day, especially the 6 close to the house), my husband and I started a burn pile and then helped the crew load branches on it after they cut them to size for burning. They also cut up trunks and rolled the trunk pieces into the fire. Having a full 5 man crew allowed 2 of them to focus on cutting up and burning, while the others made rapid progress felling the trees. THEY BROUGHT DOWN ALL 13 TREES AND COMPLETED THEIR WORK BY 3:30 PM! They were professional, good-natured and patient with us, even when we were at our chattiest. We were able to dispose of about 1/4 of the scrap wood (branches) and all the pine logs (pine borer infested) by nightfall: far more progress on the disposal than expected. Even better, the whole day was actually FUN. But absolutely best of all, we now have a more "open concept yard" in front of our home, bringing more natural light into the house, opening up wonderful views of the sky and some great hardscape and landscape options we couldn't have done before. Thank you, Miller Tree Service! We WILL use you again.

They were very nice and kind.wasnt able to arrive on time. For the price that I was charged they did an ok job.

They came when they said they would. They did everything they said they would. They hauled away all the trees and trimmings. They did a good job of managing the cutting and trimming in a very tricky spot that was quite difficult to access.
