Cutting down the tree was done properly, but the clean up and customer relations leaves a lot to be desired. Contacted the twice about problem, but never receive a reply.

Thought the trim could have been a bit neater, seemed edgey. Never received a response after I accepted their offer, had to call after two weeks of accepting their bid because they had not showed to do the job.

Professional and personable. They arrived at the time they said and when they left, the work area was clean. While they were here they did two other trees that we had discussed earlier and I was quite pleased with the on the spot quote they gave me.
