I was contacted by Karen at Millman about 10 minutes after I had contacted Service Magic. Karen was friendly and helpful in getting the service call set up. She followed up the day before to confirm date, time and names of staff that would be performing the service. Service staff arrived at agreed time. They were friendly, helpful and because they had stocked circuits on their truck were able to fix the problem right there on the spot for a reasonable price. I will definitely use Millman Electric again if needed.

They were very responsive, even on the weekend. They successfully got the job done in less than an hour. I would definitely hire them again.

Millman quickly identified motor as cause of attic fan not working. Once motor was replaced attic fan worked fine. In retrospect should have had new fan installed as price for new fan was not much more than price to repair fan.

Mr. Millman Sr. made an appointment and was on-time and friendly. He reviewed several small projects and gave me a written estimate. Between the date of the estimate and his service visit, I added more small jobs, which his son Sean Millman patiently reviewed with me. Sean estimated a large job and gave me a workaround to reduce the total cost of their work, which I greatly appreciated. Their work was flexible, complete, and high quality. I give Millman Electric my highest ratings. Will use again for our household electrical needs.

All of the contractors responded within 24 hrs. and Millman came out the same afternoon for an estimate and was able to fix the problem right away. I would say this worked out well.
