Millmeyer Appliance Repair

Repair man came to my home, said my burners were out, i knew that already. He charged me $75.00 and said this will be applied to the installation. He never delivered the parts and promised refund, never happen.

He called and said he could get here much earlier than originally scheduled, which was great. He plugged in the washer to hear what it was doing, unplugged it and took the control panel off, pointed to the motherboard and said that needed to be replaced. He got on his phone and said it would cost $225 plus shipping and would take 7 days to get. I asked for expedited shipping, and he said he could get 3-day shipping. I asked to please do that, and he said that he did (all of this was on his phone). He said he would call to schedule a time to come install the new part once he received it. Wrote him a check for $75 service charge. 5 days later, still no word, so I called and left a message requesting a status. 7 days later, with no response, called and left another message requesting a status. Still no response, and we've been without a washing machine for over a week and a half now. Have scheduled another repair service, who will be here tomorrow. Hopefully will get better results. Absolutely do NOT recommend this "business." Con job!

They showed up, took $75 for parts and never came back or contacted me again.

Came to collect a $75 trip charge, said he find the part, one week later I called him and he said he had not heard back from the part company. Never heard from him again.

I hired Mike on 06/28/18 and he confirmed the error code and that it would take 2-7 buss. days to get a replacement part for our dishwasher , we have called multiple times and now he is not returning our calls, 7 weeks later we can not reach him

Was here precisely on time and did a great job.

He was on time ready to do the job.
