Work done was replacement of a mailbox. Very quick response - I listed the project online yesterday, got a response that same day, and the job was completed the next day. Very happy with the work. Owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I will use again.

Mills construction has completed several projects outside of the home and within. They are fairly priced, always prompt and do excellent craftsmanship in whatever project they take on. It's fantastic to have someone who has knowledge in a wide area of handyman projects.

Installed a window - it leaked and let bugs in. Installed a cabinet - it?s crooked. Installed flooring - not flat. Installed trim - looks awful. He wouldn?t cover his work like he claimed. He said he arrived but that was out of the blue and wasn?t coordinated. Claimed he came by again but I was in the living room and no doorbell ring or knock at the door. Said he guaranteed work but doesn?t. Had to rehire someone to cover that work.

There was no stress from the Mills. Not only did they stain the house they caulked the exterior and cleaned out the flower beds. Took it down to the dirt covered it with a wrap and put the river rock in. I cannot say enough on how well they did. Always offering to help when they would see us working on something. We are actually going to miss them they are good and down to earth people. We will call them again on any projects.

I had the best experience with Mills Construction! The initial request was for repairs to my deck and several other small projects. I had been trying to get the work done for six months, but no other contractors would take the job because it was too small. Martin and his team were happy to do all my small projects! He adapted well to unexpected occurrences and would make a quick trip to the hardware store. They repaired my deck with brand new support beams and brand new rails plus my small projects: installing curtain rods, cabinet organizers, towel racks, closet post, 5 ceiling fans, replacing 2 faucets, and leveling my ac. They got all this done in TWO days. I highly recommend them. Martin is courteous, knowledgeable, and his prices are great!

I used Mills construction to completely tear out and build a new deck. We used Trex deck boards and rail system. Great attention to detail. A perfect job. They are professional, friendly, and masterful in the work they do. I plan to use Mills to do future projects.

Martin and his crew with Mills Construction delivered a quality job at a fair price. He installed new flooring throughout my house. His staff also painted throughout my house. A new front door and awning were also designed and installed, flawlessly!! He takes great pride in his work. He went out of his way to do additional work as well.
