I live in a remote area on top of a mountain and my well had stopped working properly. Craig Mills responded immediately when I submitted my request through HomeAdvisor on a Saturday evening. When Craig and his crew arrived early Monday morning they were able to determine the problem and began work right away. Over the course of the next couple of days it became evident that there were a few other problems with my water system and the crews from Mills were able to repair or replace the broken components and explain everything to me every step of the way. They never pressured me to buy any unnecessary components and took the time to educate me on simple maintenance measures that I can do on my own to keep my water system working properly. Every member of the Mills team was extremely knowledgeable, proficient and professional and each one answered any questions I asked. Craig has been very responsive to my phone calls and has kept me informed throughout this process. I am completely satisfied with the work that they have done, and their customer service is exceptional. My well and entire water system is working perfectly and the quality of my water has noticeably improved.
