My name is Terry Millsaps. I started out with a company in Charlotte, NC in 2002. I learned the business fast. I found it rewarding but I wanted to start my own garage door company, so I did. Millsaps Garage Door Service, was born in January 2006 a few days after the birth of my only grandson. I packed up and headed to Louisiana to help the families in New Orleans after the Katrina devastation. I immediately started working as an independent contractor. While in New Orleans for 5 months, I repaired or installed over a hundred doors and helped as many people as possible. Millsaps Garage Doors is respected and award winning company, serving NC and SC. I would give this company and it's owner six stars if possible. Showed up on time, kept me informed the entire time and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend the belt driven door opener as ii is much quieter than the chain driven one. I would recommend and if necessary use this company again.

We are very pleased and actually blessed by Terry Millsaps work. We have very old heavy wooden garage doors that were out of level which caused the doors to stutter going up and down. He diagnosed the problem (pulley cable wheels were out of round) replaced the pulley wheels as well as a numbers of other items that needed fixing. He came the next day after the call and arrived on time. A wonderful person. We highly recommend him. Mr and Mrs Carden
