I would not use them. Took deposit and performed none of the work. I trusted Chris and Amber. I learned a hard lesson.

I hired Chris and Amber to build a fence for my house in West Asheville. They were local and came across as competent, nice people. They were also the highest bid I collected over a National fence company and another small local business. I thought that would mean a higher quality fence and service. They took much longer to complete the project. Partly due to weather but also due to them installing the incorrect design. They had to complete rework and order new materials. This caused delays. When they did complete the work I did a walk thru with Amber and showed her the gate that was obviously out of square. The posts were so out of whack that the gate didn't operate properly. They bent hardware and tried to grind wood to make it fit/work. I told them this wasn't acceptable and they agreed to come fix it. They never did and have quit taking call or texts. I have them on text promising to fix their work. They also placed another fence/gate post without concrete and another without properly anchoring it. I had to replace both of those post and that gate as well. Both posts were easily pulled out of the ground by hand! In addition, they used an off road work cart to haul materials over my yard turning it into a muddy mess. They said they would be placing grass seed and straw. This also never happened. These people are not honest and more importantly they are not very experienced with fence building it seems. I'd maybe consider them for other work but if it's a fence keep it simple and gather other bids from more qualified contractors.

Chris and Amber were the consummate professionals. Outstanding to work with. Took time learning what I wanted, and then executed perfectly. Outstanding communication and 100% dependable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The owner is great to work with. Great communicator. On time, shows up days promised. Completed projects by deadlines established. Have recommended to friends and family and they have also been very happy with his work.
