I called them out to fix a leaking toilet (kit supplied), and a leaking tub faucet (new faucet/shower head supplied). Fixed the toilet, and then said replacing the tub faucet took more time and replacing the valve would be less expensive. They did n ot have that part and would need to come back out. When it came in, they came out a few days later, and charged an additional trip charge and hour. So, two hours and two trip charges to fix two routine repairs (nothing complex here). I disputed, and they did knock one of the trips down to 30 minutes. The review saying that she was quoted $120 to install a faucet is way less than they charged me to simply repair one. I accidently called this number, I had meant to call a different one. I will program the other plumber into my phone so that I do not make that mistake again!

Measurements were taken to replace water heater. Incorrect measurements required cutting wall for water heater installation. Before installer left I was quoted 120.00 to replace outdoor faucet. Installer SAID that he included the120.00 quote in work invoice he left with me. Installer said that office would call me to set up payment arrangements. I called the office before end of the day. I was told that they would call me back to set up payment arrangements. Two days later I called again. Pulling chicken teeth to get payment arrangements. Many excuses later about not being able to get workers out to replace outdoor faucet and wasting two days waiting on no shows. Called office to refigure the payment arrangements for uncompleted faucet replacement and was told I was incorrect, payment arrangements were for water heater installation ONLY. I'm not dealing with a professional company guys

Highly recommended. They use quality materials at a reasonable, competitive price. Arrived early for the appointment and had the the water heater installed in no time.

It was great working for a business that looks out for their customer. I had an unknown leak (found via monthly water bill). They recommended a leak finder company (a choice of 3) and then once they located/marked the leak Millwood was out the next day. Great Service!

Tech told me he knew what the problem as soon as he walked in the door. He did get that right and fixed a clog in our shower upstairs. Im just waiting to see if any new water damage appears. Was expensive for basically a 15 minute job.. 195.00
