Good team of workers

These guys were so kind! My husband passed, and in such a way my floor had to be repaired. They went above and beyond helping me and my mom to try to put my life back together by beautifully bringing my 75 year old floor back to life. Even helping 2 slightly disabled widows move furniture we couldn't move on our own. If there were more than 5 stars, this company would get them all. Thank you guys!

They showed up on time the very first day and everyday since. Super punctual and polite. The work is almost done and it's looking really great!

Sloppy work and had to ask for them to clean up mess, scratched (polished) tiles, not good communication unless it has to do with their getting money. The actual workers were hard to talk to as they only spoke Spanish.

Footprint floors did a great job!

I had a great experience with Footprints. Namita, the sales person, was super attentive and worked with my scheduling constraints. She was consultative answer helpful before, during and after the job. Juan did a great job with the floors. It transformed the house and looks fabulous. Jesse was our PM. He was very helpful, although I did have to chase him a few times about things after the job was done (reinstalling the doors and hauling away the large trash in front of the house). 4.5 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We upgraded to have the vents replaced with wood and stained, but a couple of them donâ t fit. This is a hassle that requires follow up. Additionally, the large trash was not removed when promised and required multiple follow ups. This was very inconvenient as it was still there on moving day and blocked the truck. Overall, I recommend Footprints and would use them again!

We are a repeat customer and have hired them several times to install flooring, bathroom tiles, and backsplash tiles. The quality of work is generally good and we liked everyone we worked with. They have a warranty and are sending people out to fix some issues. One of the only companies we had a good experience with during the remodel - definitely recommend!

they laid a small tile floor for us. The quality of the work was only so so, but when they came out for the walkthrough prior to payment they proactively identified the work as subpar and told us theyâ d do it over for free, which they did and the redo was great. I didnâ t even have to ask. Not many companies stand behind their work to this degree.

Started a project with footprints floors in the first half of the year and six months later it?s still not done. They have one last step to install and stain, yet after months of hounding I finally gave up and had them provide me the the missing piece so I could just hire someone myself to do this quick job. The reason this wasn?t completed is because every subcontractor that came to my house was told they were working on something totally different than they ended up doing?in my case the person that was supposed to install the stairs didn?t have all his kit to install that one single stair but was able to install the others just fine. They never sent anyone back out to put this stair in. The sub contractors were always confused. The customer service was bad?I had to hound these guys constantly. They gave up on my project months before I did. I don?t think they ever intended to finish this. Subcontractors did a nice job.

They were very quick and efficient. I am satisfied with the speedy response.

Great service cleaned up job well done

The workers showed up and started cutting the Optimax flooring we purchased but did not know to seal the floor or lay down a vapor barrier. The project manager showed up after they had laid almost the entire floor and had to pull it up. We paid for more flooring than what they estimated - was supposed to be 144 sf and I purchased 200 sf and then had to go purchase another box. I would have liked to have had the best underlayment and was not even discussed before the project started. This was not the best impression.

Wonderful people and will work with them again if I need flooring done. Great a experience.
