I said 4.5 on customer service only because she was late but in all fairness she did call and let me know she was running late. She did a great job, efficient with her time and was a pleasant person. Will have her back for a move out clean for sure and may need to ask her again before that.

I am Patricia who wrote the last review. I have further negative experience to re-evaluate this service from "Jackie." Be aware that Jackie is unreliable when scheduled to show up for service. I realized this when - over five dates to work- Jackie cancelled twice on the days she was to be here and came late by more than a half hour on all other scheduled dates to work, even after schedule adjustments for start times. This is a pattern. I had to end service with her. Unfortunately, I revoke my recommendation to hire her.

I have a large house and she proved you can get a great portion of it cleaned in 8 hours. She conquered stains that had defeated me in the bathtubs! She works hard, and is picky. I like that.

Very slow, she was here for 6 hours and only cleaned 1 bathroom and the kitchen which were both subpar at best. She did not vacuum or dust or mop the floors or clean the glass. She basically wiped down my kitchen and did not even mop. I keep an extremely tidy home so all she had to do was come in a do basic cleaning

"Sherrie H. did not mention that I worked 7 hours - did not charge them anything. I tore up the check and told her husband that since they were not happy with the service it would be no charge. This was a total misommunication. I did clean the hardwood floors (which had not been cleaned in months), cleaned the kitchen wiping down every decoration and even dusted the candles. I cleaned 21/2 baths which had not been cleaned in months and had buildup which needed extra scrubbing. This is an unfair rating with several untruths. I have never gotten such a scathing rating from any of my customers. Beware sending anyone to work for this person."
