The two poles that comprised the mast on my exterior television antenna separated and the antenna fell against the back of my house in late 2019. Raffi from Minas came out the day after they were contacted in January 2020 and we discussed solutions. As it was January and he was going to need to place a ladder on the slanted kitchen roof to reach the 24-foot peak of the main house where the antenna was mounted, we had to wait a bit for a thaw. When then weather improved and the snow melted, on February 3rd, he came by with his assistant to hold and steady the ladder while he climbed up detached the antenna from the separated mast, attached the antenna to a new mast and secured it in place. After he oriented the antenna toward downtown, he waited on the roof, in the cold, while I rescanned my televisions. The price was reasonable, the work done extremely competently and Raffi was a pleasure to work with.

Would not recommend Rafi. He installed my antenna correctly but rewired the RG6 cable to bypass the signal amplifier that is mounted on the antenna mast. Now I get a weak signal directly from the antenna instead of it going to the amplifier. I will have to fix this problem in the spring. I have put up several TV antennas with signal amplifiers several times but getting too old to crawl on the roof.

I was happy with the installation. The technician was in contact with me to let me know when he was coming and was able to accommodate me be switching me to a morning appointment. Worked out much better with my schedule.

Ralph arrived on time and went straight out to see what had to be done and informed me what he was doing. He cleaned up behind himself.I also appreciate the fact that if a perform cannot do something and it's not in their wheelhouse and they let you know.
