Quality experience from my initial inquiry, to estimate and Tech's explanation of each and every step that they would provide to insure the best job that could be done and for the installation. All three installation workers, that worked on my house, were very professional, very knowledgeable and each took pride in the work they were performing. This was was a full attic insulation, including removal of old and replacement of new, and basement sill plate sealing of a 100 year old home. They politely, and with enthusiasm of their craft, answered my questions about what they were doing, why and how, which just confirmed that I had made the right choice to go with Mincin.

They were polite, thorough, and extremely detailed. They cleaned up after the work was complete. We already notice a difference in how cool the upper floor feels in the heat. The guys who came out to our home were great!! They did great work and also gave us some pointers to help out with our very old home. They were awesome with communication as well as your office personnel named Haley. They were able to fit us in their schedule and coincide with our vermiculite removal. Would recommend to anyone!!

The office staff was very good at scheduling and the estimation, prompt, efficient and great to deal with. The staff who had to come to do some prep work and the staff who did the insulating were on time and worked well until the job was completed. The price was also less than two other estimates. It was a pleasure dealing with Mincin and the final result made it worth the expenditure. They did cellulose attic insulation as well as dense packing the floor of an addition from its crawl space. Quite a difference!

Excellent customer service from proposal to completion. Workmanship was excellent, the installation crew arrived on time. They went about their work in a methodical manner, the team experience showed, each worker knew what had to be done at any particular time. The installers were clean and respectful of the house and furnishings. They worked under some challenging weather conditions but that did not effect the quality of their work. The finished product proved to be more effective than I expected. The furnace runs less - energy saving, the house is much warmer and the special areas that I was concerned about were remedied. The installers went beyond the original scope of work, at my request, they insulated some additional areas that were causing some discomfort. This step made the kitchen much more habitable. Over all I was pleased with; the company, staff and installers. Every one that I interfaced with were professional, courteous and accommodating. The process was easy to do; one phone call and the estimator arrived, he did his work and by the end of the day I had a proposal, another phone call and I was on the schedule. My project was scheduled within two weeks. The installation took two days, I had an invoice by the end of the second day. One more phone call and the billing was completed "'Seamless". The crew was very hard working, efficient, and pleasant.

Our installers, Josh and Jason, were great! Worked together very well. Had blown-in cellulose insulation added over our existing inadequate pink batting. They were very respectful and polite. Used tarps to cover carpet and steps. Worked efficiently and also did a wonderful job making an insulated cap for over our pull-down attic steps. We were also very happy with a new insulated mini-door they made and installed inside a closet that leads to our lower attic. (We have a multi-level home with two attics.) They did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommed them!
