•The quality of the completed cleaning job was very good, a few areas were missed so not excellent. •Final cost for cleaning service: $450/day the hours were strictly 9-4pm regardless of the size of the actual job or how much was completed. •The initial request (via website and phone calls to vendor)included cleaning all drawers, shelves and spaces where post tenting bugs/debris might be found. •Vendor stated job was a “move out” level of cleaning, quoted $450 price and said it could possibly be a two-day job. •At site she acknowledged the “deep/move out “ level of cleaning was not necessary. She agreed to the new list of areas for a basic cleaning as well as excluding two bedrooms, a short hallway and a bathroom from the job. •In the end she still charged the “move out” cleaning price of $450, but only completed a partial one-time basic cleaning job. She was firm on the price. •Scope of work completed<Quoted price •I was dismayed by the obvious price discrepancy she was set on!
