Randy is the person to go to when you want a home inspection done correctly. He is easy to work with. He was able to squeeze me in at the last minute . The inspection report he provided was very detailed and had pictures. He was able to get me the report in a very timely manner and was also able to walk me through the report. I would recommend to anyone that wants to get a home inspection done.

Randy spent 4 hours IN THE RAIN inspecting every inch of the house inside, outside, and below the house in a tiny crawlspace. He pointed out things I did not notice and offered remedies. He took his time and was patient with my many questions. Randy even called me days later after speaking to an HVAC friend to offer additional information and advice. How amazing is he. He has been the only shining light in a dismal homebuying process. Oh did I mention that Randy was 60% cheaper than the original inspector I hired. Glad I made the switch to Randy.

I am a real estate broker and worked with many home inspectors, Randy at Mindful Inspections is thorough, easy-going, and very responsive. He spent over 4 hours going through every crevasse of the home and explained each issue he observed. He is extremely personable and easy-going which made the inspection delightful. His report is very detailed and thorough and he even goes the extra Mile to schedule a follow-up conversation on the report received to discuss main concerns and suggested remedies. He is there the whole way and always responsive to any questions you may have after the inspection. I highly recommend him.

My first experience with a home inspector. This was a pre sale inspection - we are considering selling our home. Randy assured me he was going to go beyond Standard Building Code requirements and look at it with a critical eye well beyond what the normal requirements are. Think: "Rose bushes need pruning" , a critique that isn't part of any inspection requirement. There were a few minor issues we have been aware of since we have owned the house for years that I wasn't sure he would notice. He did note them. It was a rainy day and Randy spent 30-40 minutes outside. He takes no short cuts.

Ms.Rogers did Two of My Home inspections and Save me and my Wife from buying a headache of a house which was in a flood Zone ! He was able to find all the issues in the house which we were told by the owners they didn't have. We also found the perfect place and he located two things that needed to be fixed . He look at every detail of the house and explains to you if it's a problem or Not ! He was straight to the point !
