Keldon did a great job on all of my punch list projects in my new condo. He knew exactly how to complete the tasks and did them quickly. He also had suggestions for a restructuring of a modular walk in closet. I am looking forward to his next visit so we can finish my list.

Arrived on time, and Keldon was very professional. He completed several jobs inside and outside the home which included my accordion shutters that would not close and a broken smoke detector and relocated lawn furniture. He will return to place spike strips on top of shutters to stop pigeons from nesting and to replace outdoor sensor lights.

I cannot say anything negative. Dude worked his butt off and was very professional and excellent work. He really did go above and beyond. He remove a huge concrete slab, reinforced another support beam. Anyways, he did paint the color my wife requested. I would only ask that next time he say "do you really really want gold color, when you have wine red?" and not let her dictate this. However, as a gentleman he did was she asked!!! LOL Seriously, Keldon is a slam dunk and I will be using him next time, I just hope he is still there when I need him.

Keldon did a great job. He was hired to mount two flood lights on the back of a two story house and fish the wire into the attic. His partner had to bail on him last minute, but he still managed to do the project himself. He worked very hard and made sure the job was done correctly. When he encountered a difficulty, he was able to problem solve around it. I thought the price was fair. I will recommend him to neighbors interested in the same project. The only reason I am rating 4.5 stars is that an accident occurred that damaged my outside water faucet. He bent it back into place but was not able to completely straighten it. I put a new handle on yesterday, and it works fine but is a bit awkward.

Keldon was professional, kept us informed every step of the project. He cleaned up every day when he finished. Did not have us order too much material for the project. Price was excellent. HE WAS AWESOME!!!!! Will hire again when I need something done.
