Another well known company said both units had a Freon leak and it would cost nearly $500 to find the leak. Ming Yao clarified that wasn’t true. I am now ready for Houston heat!

Ming Yao was fantastic. Our compressor stopped working on a hot Saturday and they arrived at our house within 15 minutes from when we made contact. The air was back up and running shortly after. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I cannot recommend Ming highly enough. My AC unit broke down on the hottest day of the year, and they managed to fit me in the same day. The technician was incredibly professional, arriving on time and wearing shoe covers. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem (and the cost) in simple terms without any technical jargon, and offered a few solutions for different budgets. There was no upselling or pressure whatsoever. The repair was done quickly and cleanly. He even took the time to show me the old part that was replaced and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining my unit to prevent future issues. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. This is the most honest and competent service I've ever experienced. I will definitely be a customer for life.
