We'd been looking for a good cleaning service for a while. Linda responded quickly and dropped by to give us an estimate. She and her group were able to add us to their schedule within a few days. They showed up on time and did a great job getting our office space ready for an open house. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they worked extra hard to clean our floors which had not had attention for a long time (we rent our space). Hoping we can have them back soon, and often. Don't hesitate to try them. You won't be disappointed.

Linda gave me a free estimate for a move-out cleaning. The renter left me with a dirty house that need a good detail cleaning. She maid me understood that a good cleaning means dealing with a lot of germs. She charge by the dirtiness of the house. Which I understand. Her price was fair because I know cleaning is hard to do. I really recommend her service.

Linda was such a disappointment. I blame myself for not getting a contract. We sold a house that the buyers wanted professionally cleaned so I went to Home Advisor. Linda pulled up the realtor listing and after looking at all the pictures and said she'd do the job for 180.00. I thought that was fair thinking she would do appliances, window sills, baseboards, a thorough wipe down, etc. She came to the house alone, had no vacuum, limited supplies, worked two hours and said she was done, I ran my hand on the baseboards, they hadn't been cleaned. I opened the fridge, it hadn't been wiped out. I asked her about all this and her reply was that she thought the job would be EASY, and if I wanted deep clean I should have said so. I asked her what she did that was worth $90.00 an hour. She mopped and complained she had to do it twice. I am angry at myself for paying her. She did not earn the money. I asked her for half of the money back and she refused, saying she has insurance to pay. This woman has no work ethic and if you hire her, get a contract detailing the work. I would never have agreed to 180$ if I'd known she planned to work two hours and only mop and wipe down cabinets. Very very disappointing and sad that someone would take advantage.

Came and did a great cleaning, I did have no issues with their cleaning in a timely manner.

Linda keeps her appointment time, in fact she arrives early.She takes notes on what you want done and what you don t. She establishes trust from the beginning.She is very thorough and fast in cleaning my home and business. We have worked out a bi-weekly schedule to suit my needs. House smells clean once I get back from work. I'm a single parent and really appreciate coming home to a clean house. I recommend her. She's been my cleaning lady for a year and a half. She's been doing my dad's house for 6 years. She's great with elderly people.

Linda and her worker are so professional in cleaning. They did a deep cleaning and shampoo my carpet, even though she made it clear to me the stains may lift up. I understood her concern. She is honest about the cleaning and very reasonable on her pay, i highly recommend her buisness. Thanks LINDA for great job!!

Do not trust this lady. Update: 09/04/2019 I have already reviewed this service Mingas Cleaning Maid Easy and she has responded with allegations that I was not truthful. There was trash left in my garbage can that did not come from my house, she did not do half the things that were on the list to do. I have pictures and 3 witness to this fact and as far as the carpet is concerned I knew it needed to be replaced but I only agreed to have it cleaned and she did not even try. Said she and a worker worked 8 hours however she was cashing the check at 12:18 pm on same day. Do not get taken advantage of like I did especially if you are a senior citizen.

Agreed to have two women clean my home. Linda made a list. Linda and her 11 year old son showed up for two days instead of one. List not completed. Yes, I am an old woman. Really do not want to be ridiculed like another customer. I am a professional. I needed help due to an hyper extended knee injury. I needed help with my floors. Linda put her son on that. Linda did dust the bottom of the sofa tables. Threw away an important card and my husbands netty pot?? The price was too high for the small amount accomplished.

Extremely quick turn around. In three days they gave us a quote, were hired, and the work completed for the open house.

There was a lot to be done as my previous help had neglected many areas. They did an excellent job. They were prompt and efficient. Missed a couple of small things which is to be expected on a first time. They are returning in two weeks.

They Care and was friendly and did there job.

I hired them to clean my sisters home after she had surgery. I was quickly contacted by Linda who scheduled a walk through and a cleaning in less than a week. My sister was very pleased and the pricing was great! Linda was easy to contact with quick responses. I would highly recommend this company.

They came in, rearranged things, didn't do the toilet in the guest bath, and one of the ladies even asked me if I were selling some of my items. Will never hire again.
