First off, huge mistake ever getting involved with this company. Our garage was slated to be done in 4-8 weeks from start time. One year later. Yes, 1 full year and the garage is finished. This was after the entire foundation wall collapsed due to gross negligence and short cutting on expenses. The worst part is I had even addressed the concerns before the walls blew out. Was put on the back burner countless times while our property remained an absolute mess. After getting the state involved and seeking legal advice we finally reached a resolution or so we thought. This only led to more corner cutting as the project continued. Incorrect siding was installed etc. lastly was the entire driveway being poured with no steel as agreed, this was another 8 week setback as legal action was on the horizon they agreed to repour half, yes, half. The driveway is already cracking. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Matt does exceptional work and his pricing is very fair. Builder in the Knoxville area have so much work that they are raising the prices to make more money. Matt doesn't do that. He worked with me to get the jobs done at the fair pricing. I have had him do multiple projects in the last 18 months and he will be remodeling my master bathroom in September 2018. He is worth waiting for. I highly recommend him.
