The work was excellent. It was the price which I thought was outrageous. $830.00 which is about 1/2 my monthly social security. I was terribly disappointed due to the price.

They charged me $500 to replace a bathroom sink faucet. Their quote for replacing my bathtub faucet was $800. So I still have not had that done.

Work quality was fine, if you overlook it was not finished as promised. Dieter did come back to rectify (as he should), but his work ethic, communication, and people skills left much to be desired. He left in a huff, without saying good-bye or closing the gate behind him when we had the gall to ask for an invoice before we paid 14+ thousand dollars. The work is done, but our experience is why folks dread and avoid calling a contractor.

Great customer service and great quality work

Thomas was very helpful with all of my questions. I like to watch and learn and he had no problem with that. I had other issues and he addressed them as well at no charge. He was on time and courteous. I would recommend them!

The time estimate was 4-5 hrs. He got the job done early, including clean-up.

Nick was wonderful about explaining what needed to be done re: replacing an outdoor faucet. He was much faster than I'd have thought possible. Further, he offered me a Total Customer Care (TCC) deal for $8.25/month to perform exactly the same services for which I've been paying $50/month. That'll save me $500/year, which is terrific because I'm on a fixed income. I really appreciate his help/advice; he also hooked up my garden hose (I'm not strong enough to do that myself). Very nice of him. Recommend highly.

They answered the phone , knew what they were doing and had prompt and friendly service.

Beau was extremely conscientious and professional. He wore a mask and gloves. All my interactions with the staff from this company were positive.

The plumber couldn't fix a tub faucet. He had to google what could cause a leaking faucet. At the time, the leaking had stopped, but he thought it was most likely a washer. He had NO washers on him and asked if I still had the manual for the faucet. He literally told me he didn't know how to do the job. While he was very nice and polite, he was sent out on a job for which he was not qualified. I thought I was getting a plumber. Never again with this company

I paid a more than I thought I would but they were very professional, came when they said they would and were able to handle the job. I will call them again.

Was charged $360 to have toilet fill valve replaced. Grossly overpriced for the work done! Fill valve itself is $10-20 at a famous home appliance store. Work to replace took half an hour at most.

If a person has a languishing project, It would be a good idea to give Home Advisor a call.
