Plumbing has turned into corporate pitch. It was like dealing with a car salesman who wanted me to add all the extras I didnt want or didnt need.

MSP scheduling does not work. The first time they were coming, we had a 4 hour window. They called and said they overscheduled, could they come the next day. Two times they were scheduled again and they did not show up. After calling, we were told the techs did not know they were scheduled. Another time the tech showed up not having an appointment set up. Another issue we had was the pricing. We were quoted $4,500 for a fix. The tech came to the house to do the work and said it would be an additional $2,000 for something that had not been discussed. The web site says they are honest and the price quote is as stated. This was not the case. MSP employees are courteous and polite. William was quick to respond and spent much time explaining things and worked hard to rectify our situation. We appreciated that, but the company has significant issues to work through. We would not recommend MSP. We were disappointed in our first project with HomeAdvisor because MSP was one of their two recommended plumbers.

Way too expensive for a basic hot/cold mixing valve replacement. Paid almost $600 for two hours of labor and a $50 part. Other than the excessively inflated costs, excellent customer service, communication, and quality.
