Garage door broke Saturday afternoon, looked on like for garage replacement with good ratings, found Minnesota Garage Doors with 5 star rating. Called that afternoon, got a call back within an hour, Ryan (the owner) came out that evening, A Saturday night. Gave us a estimate for garage door and opener, very fair quote! Install it on Tuesday. Very professional, would recommend him to everybody!!!!

He showed up right when he promised, lubed my door, tightened the drive chain ... he when above and beyond. He was also very friendly and explained what he was doing. I highly recommend him and he's now my go to garage door fixer!

On 6/28/3019, the garage door fell on husband s car as he was backing out damaging door, rails, frame,etc. I spoke to Ryan on 6/28/2019 in the morning and indicated that I would need the door fixed ASAP and within one hour Ryan was here. Ryan was very professional and measured everything and explained things that needed to be done. I decided to replace the door and rails. He understood why I needed it done ASAP. Ryan informed me that he could do it that same day around 7:00pm. He called and could make it sooner. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. He is knowledgeable, informative, personable, and takes pride in the work he does. He also fixed some problems that I had. I highly recommend Minnesota Garage Doors, LLC. Will use Ryan again. Ryan was there the same day and went above and beyond my expectations! Was able to diagnose the problem immediately, got to work, and resolved within a fast turnover (couldn't have been more than an hour) to restabilize and oil the poor craft from the previous installer. I would recommend for any garage job. I wish I could hire him for other (none garage) projects around the house!

Ryan contacted me first thing this morning and we agreed on a 2:30 appointment this afternoon. He was here a few minutes early- so very prompt, very courteous, very knowledgeable (14+ years of experience) and friendly. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would certainly hire him again!

Ryan came out to see if he could repair the garage door opener. When that wasn't possible he provided a quote to not only install a new opener but also fix the problems with how the door was installed. He came back the following day to install the new garage door opener. He was on time to both appointments and did a great job. I would recommend him both for a repaid and / or installation.

I would highly recommend. The garage door spring broke and I needed it repaired quickly. I scheduled an appt. online, received an immediate call back, he was right on time, explained everything well, completed the repair quickly, and his price was very competitive.

Literally within minutes of my connecting with HomeAdvisor, late in the evening, Ryan, the owner called. It was February, and it was freezing. Our garage door would not open. It is a double very heavy door. He gave me a verbal quote and was at our house first thing in the morning. He took time explaining the problem, one of our light duty springs had broken. He had thought ahead and brought 2 new heavy duty springs. Ryan did a tremendous amount of work, checked everything related to the door as well did some extra tweaking. He then talked himself out of more money as he does installs garage doors, by telling us our "very old" door would last years. I don't know how long he worked but I do know he deserved more then he was paid. I only give 5 stars to those who earn it. Ryan is by far one of the most honest, knowledgeable, responsible, reasonable, efficient and through, hardworking, personabke, and nice men I have hired in my 50+ years as a Home Owner.

Ryan was really a great super nice guy. He called and set up an appointment and we agreed that he could start a day early. He repaired my garage door in about a half hour. he replaced the broken springs with better ones, balanced the door, adjusted the coils and showed me how to do light maintenance (oiling the joints) myself. He is a really a super cool guy who knows his stuff. Give that man a raise !!!!

Ryan was prompt, courteous and fixed my girlfriends garage door. He replaced the broken spring with ones that better suited the larger door. He also balanced the door so its work much better than before. He also saved her new puppy that almost got away! What a great guy...although the new puppy is really annoying, but that’s not his fault....in fact it’s probably ours. Ryan’s price was more than fair and he let me pay for the project over the phone. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ryan was fantastic - by which I mean prompt, efficient, and thorough. We had him switch our garage door from extension springs to torsion springs. He took care of that with high cycle springs, and then also did the extra pieces that make a huge difference. For us that mean moving the strut to the appropriate location (at the top of the door apparently) and tightening up the door in the space as it had a little play side to side. He was great, and I would definitely use him again.
