They were on time. the Inspector used his time from the second visit planned to collect radon and mold samples to address some additional concerns I had about the property. I had multiple contradictory discussions with roofing contractors. Considering the possible costs involved in doing work recommended by the various contractors the fee for the inspection was well worth it. Imran was willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon (the same day I got the referral from Home Advisors) and he did a very thorough inspection of my roof and attic space. I had the email that evening with the PDF of the report. He followed up with a phone call letting me know the email had been sent and encouraging me to call him with any questions after I have a chance to review the report. The inspection report helps me to determine what actual repair work is necessary and it is going to save me from shelling out lots of $ for unnecessary work.
