We feel that we, although small, are as qualified, professional, and competitive as anyone you could possible have work for you. We always attempt to respond quickly to your requests, and take care of the project to your complete satisfaction. We will always let you know the cost up front of your service, repair or replacement. That means you’ll never have to worry about receiving a surprise charge on your bill. Upfront pricing means we make sure you know exactly what you are paying for ahead of time, you can rest assured knowing you will never be surprised or blindsided! More than that, you get to agree to a price before we start any work.The service technicians and sales representatives will always tell you the price before they begin the work. "Dear Sir, Thank you for your message and as I replied on your Facebook message. We believe that our pricing is market related and if you get a price from a reputable company that is significantly cheaper we are willing to credit you that difference. I understand that it might appear to be expensive if you compare box store pricing with ours, but its not only labor that goes into it. We don't normally do this but i'm going to give you a full breakdown of your service. The water heater of $600 is the advertised price at a box store that we cannot compete with, when you purchase it you have to pay tax of about $42 dollars which brings it to $642. We have to purchase a permit for all our installations which is $100. We have to add 2 new dielectric unions to all water heaters which is $80. We have to change the discharge pipe which is $40. That's a total of $862 cost price.David our plumbers total travel time was 44 minutes. he worked on your property for 3h59 which would be total of 5 hours without overhead of the company would work out at $188.60 per hour. Now if we gave you a 0.5 star service I will accept a 0.5 star rating, but I don't feel its fair that we should get this rating for the exceptional service we offer and being rated 0.5 star on the basis of price alone."
