Lee was the only inspector who called me as soon as he received an e-mail alerting him to my inquiry. He answered all my questions clearly & completely. He was on time for our appointment, explained each test, and has provided a very concise analysis. I found him a joy to work with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Lee was very personable and professional. He did our whole home inspection as well as the mold test. He did not rush through the inspection. He answered our questions and explained about his processes and the technologies he was utilizing. He not only pointed out areas of concern but also told us what he thought was well done in the home. We will use him again for the TISH when we sell our Mpls. home. Our Realtor was impressed enough to say he would use him for other inspections too. Thanks Lee!
