Let me start off by saying this was the best experience that my husband and I had with a business since we have started working on our home projects! I am glad to say when I see a smile on my husband face, just after the first window was put in, letâ s s just say I knew I had the right business with the right people. I cannot begin to brag about the process of my project from start to finish enough! First I met Josh who was kind and considerate and took his time explaining the process of windows and the different ways I could have them done! On time and not in a hurry, letâ s just say I was pleased that he did not rush the process. Then I met another man by the name of Bill, I was actually surprised that the owner takes the time to come out and make sure all the measurements are corrected and made sure I knew what I was getting and if that was what I was expecting! Service is all I can sayð Lynda who is the receptionist who always and I mean always had a smile in here voice know matter what was going on, is a nice way to wake up to saying your materials are here and letâ s get it done! My heroes though at the end of the day weâ re definitely hands down, Mike and Troy! These two men are amazing I mean really amazing! They are kind in every way and let just say they know how to rock those windows!ð , Mike and Troy are always welcome back to my home anytime if it is a job they are doing or just simply passing through to say hello. They made the end of this process absolutely flawless. Anyone can put a smile on my husband face just after putting in one window is a winner in my book anytime. Mike and Troy work ethic is unbelievable, I have not seen anyone take pride in what they do in such a long time it made my heart melt letâ s just say I love them to the moon and back! Just let me say this, if you are looking for a place of business that has the full package for all your home projects you need to be calling Minnesota First choice hands ð down! Thanks to all of you for caring for us like we were family, instead of just seeing us as a customer with just an order. We will definitely use you again for an update home projects hands down!

Great company to work with. Had all 13 of my windows replaced and a sliding glass door. The were very professional and had the job done in 2 days. What a difference the windows make. More light, less noise and the guarantee can't be beat

Mike and Troy bent over backwards to get here early and finish early for us. We had an important appointment that afternoon and they helped us out. Their attitudes, skills, and work ethic were quite admirable, and the finished work great. Answered questions cheerfully, too. We will be ordering more work from Mn 1st Choice soon, and want them back as installers.

Troy and Mike did such a great job on a complicated window replacement; they went above expectations and left everything clean and tidy. Great team, highly recommended.

Absolute Pros (and part artist to boot) as they were tasked with removing 120 year old windows; managing to keep them all still in tact, and replaced them with very high quality new windows that looked like they had always belonged there. When they were done, you wouldn't know they were ever there because the house (inside and out) was immaculate. They even threw in an added bonus of removing an old T.V. antenna (complete eye sore) while on the roof anyway, and disposed of a rabbit (they offered) that a neighborhood cat had decided to leave on my lawn that morning as breakfast leftovers. Already talking about 2 other projects as I can't think of anyone I'd trust more. Thank you again.

Originally I was given one price per person and when they came they told me a different price, but they did honor what was told to me first. Then they told me a huge price and then came down. It made me think of a scam.

Roof snow removal - by shoveling. Leo, crew leader, was very good at discussing the expected duration relative to $$ cost to me. Asked me about "things on the ground" they needed to be careful of when shovelng snow off the roof. We did discuss what to do with the huge piles of heavy wet snow now on the ground in certain areas (like by front door). I decided not to pay to have MN 1st choice move that snow and do it myself. HARD, long work. I was fortunate to have a neighbor with a tractor and a front plow come over. We shoveled and plowed to move the snow far from where it could cause water damage as it melted.

The salesperson called right away. The people that came worked hard, did a great job! I will recommend them to everybody!

Juan and his crew were very friendly and fast workers. They were very careful not to cause damage and to clean up snow anywhere it was not wanted in the yard. My roof was cleared of snow and ice about a week after my request. Given how many people need their services right now, this is understandable.
