I signed a contract with this company in Aug 2024 & paid a deposit of $9,905 mid-Sept. I got renderings based on a design I provided, but none depicted all the details discussed & approved. By Dec 2024, I was pressing for a start date. However, my cabinets were never purchased. I was told there was a cost discrepancy & I would need to pay another $4K before they would order them. I challenged this since I had already purchased the sink, faucet, and hardware the contractor was supposed to supply. Nothing ever happened, and Nate (project manager) stopped responding. In Jan 2025, I requested a contract cancellation & deposit refund. I was offered a partial refund contingent upon my signing a statement that the cancellation was based on mutual agreement, willingly, and without coercion. I filed a complaint with the FL DPBR since their conduct violated FL Statute §489.126. I also hired an attorney to get my money back from this company. Their business practices are very shady. BEWARE!

We hired Mint Builders for a full home remodel?kitchen, bathrooms, floors, stairs, the whole deal?and they absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the team was professional, easy to work with, and seriously talented. The kitchen turned out better than we imagined, the bathrooms feel like a spa, and the attention to detail on the floors and stairs is top-notch. They kept everything on track, were upfront about costs, and actually listened to what we wanted (which, let?s be real, isn?t always the case with contractors). If you?re looking for a reliable, skilled team to transform your home, Mint Builders is the way to go. 10/10 would hire again!

Very Professional from beginning to the end.. very willing to deal with and have the patience for clients to throw curve balls at them..

Do not use this construction company if you are wanting to have any work done in your home. We signed a contract for work to be done for our kitchen and family room in October 2023. The work has not been completed as of October 2024. It took Mint Builders 2 months to remove our wood floors and to install a new floor. Everything they have touched has had to be redone, taken down or modified because their workmanship was below par. Their workers are sub-par and their finish work has not come close to expectations. The General Contractor would say "no problem" when we ask if we can have this done or that done, however, when it was time to actually do the work everything was an issue. There is a communication problem from the General Contractor to the supervisor and the workers. The General Contractor has not been to the job site in over 7 week and is stalling to complete the job. They are a construction company better fit for flipping homes because of their level of workmanship. I would not recommend Mint Builders to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship done in their home. Find another company and save yourself frustration, time and money.

Working with Mint Builders was an amazing experience for me. Whatever you come up with, they will help you design and customize your project to your liking. I asked Mint Builders to remodel my master bathroom and staircase. I was working closely with Amit and his customer service was top notch. He always made sure my concerns were properly addressed, questions answered. My projects took a little bit longer than expected but the remodel came out looking gorgeous. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future and I will be recommending Mint Builders to everyone I know!!
