Mint Condition and Joseph (the technician) were specifically recommended to me by a friend who had used the service a few weeks earlier and was extremely pleased. Joseph was polite, organized, came in to see the areas needing attention and went right to work. All of the cleaned pieces look terrific! One in particular, an Ethan Allen couch that gets a lot of daily use, came out looking like brand new! I am so pleased! I have Mint Condition’s card scanned into my phone book. Joseph S. is incredible. I had an urgent situation where my couch had a strong cat urine odor, and I needed a deep professional upholstery cleaning ASAP. He did an incredible job from start to finish — extremely thorough, professional, and respectful of my home. He cleaned the couch AND both sides of the cushions, treated everything with enzymes, and made sure it was truly odor-free before leaving. What impressed me most is that he literally double-checked the work himself to make sure there was absolutely no smell remaining. The couch looks and smells brand new again. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be using him again and recommending him to everyone. Highly recommend.

Mint condition and the Owner Nicholas were amazing! His customer service from the initial call to the carpet cleaning itself was awesome and the job they did was impressive! We have older carpets, kids and 2 small dogs so I was worried what kind of result we could get but Nicholas guaranteed he would get the best results possible. When I watched them work I was confident he would, the equipment they use was something I haven't seen other carpet cleaning companies use in addition to the traditional steaming as well! They pretreated, scrubbed with a machine, spot cleaned and then steamed vacuumed the carpets! The thoroughness was definitely impressive! They deodorize and sanitize as well! I would definitely use them again and refer to them as well! I see why they are highly recommended!

Nicholas is amazing!! We have been using him for years and plan to continue!! Best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Takes care of everything and takes care in handling our belongings while moving them. They are also neat and tidy always making sure to clean up after themselves.

He went above and beyond. Our carpets looked terrible and since he came, they are much better and look brand new. He also did some work recently at another property of ours and he showed up early, wore gloves, and a mask due to COVID. I was very impressed.
