Dave Harper from Minuteman Drain Cleaning contacted me the same day I put a call in for service. Dave made an appointment with me for the next day. He arrived on time and cleared a tub drain and sink drain in my down stairs bathroom. Once he arrived and looked over the problem I was having He gave me a quote to complete the work. Both drains are now working great and I was given a 30-day guarantee on the work done. Dave Harper was willing to discuss preventative measures to avoid future drain clogs. This guy was the third plumber I had tried to make an appointment with. After getting off the phone with Home Advisor, he came right away and was at my house within an hour! He cleared my clog and replaced my trap that day, explaining to me how to not get it clogged again. Excellent service and very friendly

Had a little bit of trouble connecting with Dave at first, but I have a CA phone number and he apparently gets lots of telemarketing calls/etc. We got it sorted out though and scheduled the appointment, and he showed up *right* on time. He checked everything out and gave his opinion (thought it might be corrosion in our old cast iron pipes), did the work, and reported that it was actually a bad hair clog after snaking it out. He guaranteed the work for 1 month, took his payment, and was on his way. The tub had standing water in it when he'd gotten started, and was filthy from attempting to take a shower. When he left, the tub looked like it'd just been washed -- I'm sure he probably just gave it a quick wipe-down or something when he was done, but it was a wonderful finishing touch. There was also no hair or water or other unpleasantries to be found in the work area, he was immaculate. Overall, excellent work -- we'll definitely call him again if we get another clog, and will recommend him!

They came to clear a blocked drain and just pushed a line down the drain. They guessed the problem as opposed to using a camera and actually looking at the pipes. Sure, they cleared the drain, so they did the job... But I was hoping for something more thorough to permanently fix the problem. It's been 2 weeks and the drain is clogged again, so obviously they did not solve the problem. They just gave us a temporary solution, charged us $200, and called it a day. Needless to say, we're going to see if they can do more thorough work next time.
