Excellent service. Main pipe had many roots and took much longer than expected but Dave and Tom stayed to make sure all was clear, and I was not charged additional cost. Very fast response time, and I’ll be calling them in a year or so for regular maintenance to ensure pipe stays free of roots. Highly recommended!

Promptly responded on the weekend. Snaked the backed up main sewer line for a very reasonable price. Would 100% use their services again in the future.

Couldn't have been simpler! I called on a Saturday morning, the technician Tom arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He had the job done within a half hour! The price was absolutely reasonable and the sink works great!

I called and spoke with them and explained I had an outdoor drain pipe that was clogged. They showed up (it was pouring rain) and they got right to it. Showed me what the issue was and cleared the pipe. Thanks guys!

Project: Cleared a clogged drain. Tom arrived promptly (in fact early!) for the appt. which was scheduled the day after I had called the company (they offered to come the same day!). He quickly discovered that the problem was tree roots blocking the drain, and he snaked the pipe thoroughly to clear it. Additionally, he happened to notice that a shower drain needed cleaning out so he did that at no additional cost. He was very thorough and professional and completed the work in a timely manner, and left the area where he was working neat and tidy. Tom was at all times respectful and courteous, and I appreciated his consideration in wearing a mask the whole time he was in my house. The whole experience with Tom and Minuteman Drain Co. couldn't have been better, and so I'm happy to give them the highest rating of 5.0 and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to friends or using them again.

The Tech came at night withing an hour from me making a call and took care of the drain pretty quick. Professional service. It was a bit expensive but I was OK since since it was an emergency response.

Prompt response to my inquiry followed by quick service - arrived in about 2 hours! Dave, the owner, and Tom, the technician, were professional and so helpful. Tom arrived in appropriate protection: mask and gloves during COVID. Problem resolved and the bathroom was left perfectly clean. I will certainly use them again if I have another drain problem.
