Excellent, VERY knowledgeable help from this company! I can not recommend these professionals enough. In finding mold growing from my A/C vent, this company was hired to take a look at it. A very thorough investigation was done - from areas in the attic where the ventilation fan was showing water damage and subsequent mold and mildew growth to the far reaches of my crawlspace where mold and fungal growth with standing water damage was evident. Every room was thoroughly tested, MANY samples and photos taken for analysis. I'd like to also note that I followed the inspector (Ms.Courtney Belohlavek) around and learned so much about mold and remediation...she took her time yet was efficient and thorough, never hesitating to answer my questions. I learned quite a great deal from her (more than I was expecting, VERY smart inspector with a great penchant for education), and would NOT hesitate to recommend her and Ms. Durak's services for anyone!
