They were really prompt, very courteous and we went back to them for a couple of more improvements as well based on their work.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
The customer service was good at first. I was able to reach someone at all times. However, I had to call them to finalize the project and appointment time. They stretching of the carpet was good; but the cleaning was not to my satisfaction. I would like to have the owner contact me to inspect the work.

"Customer was intially advised that the carpet was in poor condition and that it should be replaced-they insisted we continue. We sent QA Manager to inspect the work per her concerns and recleaned carpet at no charge even though there had been recent major traffic from "moving" after first cleaning and previous pet stains that had not been mentioned before. We tried our best to satisfy the customer"

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning the upholstery. Alot of companies I have used in the past rush through the job and get it over as quickly as they can. Miracle Improvements took their time and did it right. Oh and the smell was just wonderful. I will definatley used Miracle Improvements again in the future.

Customer service...you just don't get this kind of customer service anymore. After talking to the owner and his office manager, I did not entertain anymore offers because they were the real deal. I scheduled an appointment on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. The technician was very polite and ON-TIME!! Great job on the carpets!! You will not be dissapointed with Mr Black's company.
