Miracle Maid

Miracle Maid was hired for a deep clean prior to consideration of weekly maintenance cleaning. The deep clean did not occur - I think potentially this did not get relayed to individual who cleaned my house; however, even for a maintenance clean, the service was terrible. The cleaning individual herself was punctual, professional and kind; however, she was not very systematic or attentive to detail. She did not even touch the refrigerator surface, stovetop or microwave. Spots were clearly missed on the floor after vacuuming and mopping (visible glitter on floor from Christmas decorations). The half bathroom wasn t touched despite being included in the original estimate for service. Master bathroom still had soap scum on shower door and reacts were not touched. Bathroom trash not taken out. Lastly, she left her own personal trash on the counter after she left. Completely underwhelmed with service. Please be cautious when considering hiring this service despite the number of glowing reviews. I wished someone had warned me prior to utilizing this company.

Fast, responsive customer service. Able to start service quickly. Flexible regarding customer s priorities. On time. Tolerant towards messy environment (kids and dog s toys on floor) able to pick up and put aside in order to vacuum. Very respectful towards clients privacy (both Staci and Tina). Customers should be sure to understand which service they are requesting (deep clean vs maintenance cleaning) and have reasonable expectations if detailed cleaning needed but hired for maintenance it may take several cleanings to get to goal (eg, this is a maintenance cleaning hence heavily greased up microwave will take several visits in order to go away as opposed to deep cleaning service). (This rating is based off initial cleaning visit only). Conclusion: definitely hiring back! We think we will have great professional relationship to build ahead.

Even though I was intending to use this cleaning service just once, after breaking shoulder, I have asked them to come back as I was so grateful and pleased with their care and service.

The owner worked with my availability and was able to schedule our cleaning before a big family event. The cleaners were personable and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the results and plan on scheduling with Miracle Maids again.

Miracle Maid was very thorough in cleaning my home. My bathrooms were spotless including hard to clean glass shower doors. Would recommend to all.

They did the dirty work for me. They cleaned out a very old basement, scrubbing it clean and hauling away unneeded items. They also helped haul away a shed in my backyard.

First time using them and I had to leave early, trusting they would finish as promised. When I came back house was spotless clean. Extremely satisfied.

The ladies were very kind and professional. However, they missed several key areas that needed cleaned. We discussed cleaning the windows, but it was not done. I was told that was not part of the package, even though she specifically asked if I wanted the windows done. The areas they did clean were done well. However, I wouldnt hire them again.

Fantastic job! On time, and professional. I hired them to do a deep clean of my parents house that had not been cleaned in years. They worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work done was outstanding even my 13 year old commented on how clean the house was, he said the house must of been really bad if I noticed it s cleaned now . Will hire to do bi-weekly cleaning. Affordable and reliable. Stacie and Jay I can t thank you enough.
