About us

Started 20+ years ago our focus became to offer a variety of options to those looking to update their older bathrooms. In 2001 we opened with expanded our services and opened a franchise specializing in repairing and resurfacing tubs, tiles and other surfaces. We found that while resurfacing / re-glazing is a great option, often other items are needed and desired. We still do a great deal of resurfacing, and for those considering it we strongly encourage they contact a reputable professional. Property Doctor was opened in 2008 to fill the void. Clients that may not want to do a complete renovation but just updates, or looking for options in designing their perfect solution. Our employees work full time to support our clients, and we are proud of their contributions and longevity with the company.

We had an excellent experience with Property Doctor, specifically Jorge and Ricardo. We hired them to regrout and recaulk our showers, which had cracking/missing grout. The space is tight and the tiles are small, but everything looks perfect. The entire process went very smoothly!

Started as grout refurbishment and led to replacing two old shower fittings and general replacement of caulking involving access through marble tiling and an adjacent wall. All the work was done in an excellent fashion and they went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with the results.

This review is in addition/upgrade to my earlier review below: **Their time estimates changed from what we were told. They only had one guy here 1st day because someone did not come in? That is not the customers problem but it ended up being. Guy that was here 1st half of day on phone more than working. They finally did 2nd guy here around lunch time and then they both took lunch. So you may call me for a full review..Have had issues with their work. I will not be using HomeAdvisor anymore because of low quality etc.** We had some issues but the company did the repairs without hesitation. Jorge was very particular, patient, and worked hard from the time he arrived to the time he left and did an excellent job with the repair. This rating is for the repair work yesterday.

Property Doctor was outstanding from start to finish. Mary Ann and Margaret helped walk me through the process, and they helped me find the right materials for my tub/shower tile replacement. Their quote was more than 40% less than my local contractor (and Property Doctor's quote turned out to be EXACTLY the price they billed). Jorge, the gentleman who did the work, was on time, professional, personable, experienced, honest and thorough. The job was done just when they said it would be (6-7 hours, versus three days for my contractor) and for the same price they initially offered. Property Doctor will be on my very short list for any tile work in the future. They should be yours too.

If you're thinking about getting the grout cleaned you should do it. Our bath looks brand new. It is a little expensive but way cheaper then changing the tiles. Amazing results.
