Performing quality work for homeowners, property managers and commercial locations such as hotels, universities, office complexes and hotels is what allows each franchise and Miracle Method, to grow and maintain its position as the leader in the refinishing industry. Miracle Method Surface Refinishing refinishes existing surfaces saving you both time and money compared to replacement. We unfortunately do not offer replacement services such as new tile, bathtubs, showers or new countertops.

Quality was fine in the end but the job was done poorly the first time (left with very rough, dull finish) and required repair, which was very difficult to schedule. Customer service was honestly just very curt and minimally responsive.

Very thorough, friendly and professional, hard working technicians. Not necessary for sales call as they recommended that I e-mail pictures of proposed project -- pink bathtub changing to white. Accepted their e-mailed quote and warranty, and they scheduled the work right away. Two days for completion. They came back right away to correct a problem with the finish. The 1952 bathtub is now shiny and looks like new!

Jennifer provided excellent help in design and color selection. All team members were very professional and pleased to address and satisfy my questions throughout the process. Miracle Method saved me 1000's of dollars on updating my master bathroom. The result was absolutely beautiful and spared me the mess and cost of having to tear out and replace expensive tile. I will definitely use them for future updates to stay current with the trends and am pleased to give Jennifer and her team my highest recommendation.
