That the project was a nightmare!! The first employee sent to resurface my countertops did a terrible job, there were thin, black-lined streaks on the horizontal surfaces. The seam repair looked like a repair job done in cement. He tried to fix his work and ended up spraying paint onto my backsplash and cupboards, then over-sprayed the epoxy topcoat onto my painted wall under the breakfast counter and onto my engineered hardwood floor! Jeff, who is the owner, did try to make things better and had a second employee come to re-sand and re-do the countertops and made more of a disaster, by trying to get the specs of paint off my wood cupboards and removed some of the finish. Then, they did not put up a plastic drape when sanding, and sanding dust spewed over my entire living room and dining room. On a positive note, Jeff did try to make amends by allowing me to find and hire people to repair, fix and clean up their mess, but only took a small amount of money off of MY bill. I was without my kitchen use for triple the amount of time they contracted with me to do the job and for the entire work to be completed by everyone. It was from June 30th until August 10th. I was beside myself with what I had to deal with.

We were very pleased with our refinished bathtub and wished we had done it sooner. The worker was professional, punctual and very experienced. Our tub looked like new! It was a real selling point when we sold our house!!
