This is the third bathroom (tub and tile) I’ve had refinished by Miracle Method. I appreciate that the estimator, Robby, made an in-person visit to see the project and explain my options (not all companies do this). My tech, John, was so kind, on time, and did a BEAUTIFUL job! Another great experience with Miracle Method!

The tub was refinished and looks good, but in the process they ripped the finish off of the tub surround. They refused to fix it unless I hire them for an additional $750.00. Very disappointed with this company.

Refinishing the tub and tile was less expensive and faster than replacing. Everything was pink. They refinished the tub white, the tile 'birchbark' (off white with speckles), and the bullnose black with speckles. Came out beautifully.

The first attempt at sealing our shower left a couple of places that peeled. Perhaps due to drops of water which may not have been the contractors fault..not sure. I called and they returned and did the entire process again. Quickly and efficienctly, no arguments. After two years still looks terrific. Very pleased overall. I had a dark color installed and it looks nice.

Great results! We needed to have a previous coating removed as part of our job, and it turned out to be a tough removal. The guy from MM was persistent and took the time to get the job done right. He was also just a nice person and easy to work with. I hope that he is compensated well and appreciated by his company.
