WARNING!!! Do not use this company! I was told my project would last 3 days and we are 3 months in and the project is still not done. The owner and the team WILL NOT meet a single deadline they give you. If they say they will show up at 10- they will be there by 4. They stepped on my glass stovetop and I had to yell at them to get down. They broke my window sill. They sprayed stain all over my walls and floors. I feel that Doug the owner is a LIAR and should not be trusted. They quilted me into paying for the project mid-way through because they were having issues meeting payroll- DO NOT DO IT! Worse quality and workmanship ever! Even their workers will tell you about all of the customer issues they cause.

it does take time to have them make repairs.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. This whole ordeal of painting my kitchen was laughable. It was 6 weeks just to paint my cabinets and they got BLACK paint on my ceiling, floors, walls and EVERY SINGLE appliance I have (I am very serious). My wife and I kept calling to see when this would be done during that time. Oh, I did not mention that they told me it would take 3 days (I knew that was a bit short, but that was what I was told). This company tried to hang my cabinet doors that had the plastic bag imprint in the finish because they covered them before they were dry (they got many hung before I told them to stop). Do not hire these people. I love the paint runs EVERYWHERE and the fact that all my door were brought back to me stuck together due to the paint that had not dried. This was the second time they painted the doors after we complained. One other customer said that Miracle Method's customer service was NONEXISTENT; that is true statement! They will only answer your phone calls when they want to discuss money! I warned you.

The work was pretty good. Customer service was nonexistent. Delivery did not happen on the scheduled day, and phone calls were not returned. When the furniture was de!ivered one piece was damaged and then not repaired as promised. I finally went and retrieved the broken piece. I was afraid they would go out of business and I would never get it back--especially when calls weren't returned over a week.

Work was done in a professional manner and on time. Area was left clean and I would rate them as an excellent company to do business with. If needed at any time in the future, I will call them first.

I think it would be better to rate the quality of the service after time has passed so you can see how the work holds up. I haven't even taken a bath or had a visitor to do so yet. My experience was excellent as to the sales representative that I first spoke to and the servicemen who performed the work.. Time will tell the real story, but so far, so good.

Our sink came out beautiful. Very good work. They were gentlemen and left the area clean. I am very happy with the work. The only thing is there is a small area on the sink where the caulking is not even flowing. Other than that I am happy.
