We recently had new stairs and railing systems installed and were looking for someone who could match the existing hardwood flooring to the new stairs and rails. It sounds pretty simple, but it actually called for very particular know-how. I literally tried 4 other specialists who could not or just would not take on the job to match the flooring properly before being blessed to find Caroline and Roger of Miranda Flooring. We were also worried about all the sand and making a mess throughout the house, but they were extremely cautious in their prep work, respectful, and clean. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the results. Everything came out stunningly beautiful. They are hardworking, humble, skilled, and fair priced...willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right...it does not get much better than that.

I always go over the reviews upon selecting any type of service I m looking for. Rarely are the written reviews incorrect. I highly recommend everyone to do the same. My entire family was really excited upon entering our home to very new,clean,shiny,& vibrant antique wood flooring. Carolina,& Roger stand out while going above,& beyond your traditional contractors. Do not miss out...if you have the opportunity to replace the older register AC, or heating vents with custom built antique wooden vents to match the location...DO IT..!!! You WILL NOT be disappointing...They re really cool...😎👍🏽😃

Caroline was wonderful to work with, took care of all my needs. I had to change the details of the job a few times and she was very flexible. I had them lay 500 sq ft of new floor and refinish, plus another 500 sq ft that needed sanding and finishing. Everything came out great!! The workers that came out did excellent work, attention to detail was top of the list. When I hired them they did not have a ton of reviews, but they were a great choice. I will use them again. They were flexible with the timing and put in a 12 hour day to keep us on schedule. All of the first floor was refinished and look amazing. I highly recommend them. The care and pride they take in their work shines through in every way.

We needed stairs refinished quickly prior to sale of home. They showed up the next day to quote the job, we had the quote by end of day and they started and finished the job quickly and on time. Excellent service.

As with anyone you hire, understand what is and isn't included in the price. I assumed what was removed would be put back, however, my assumption was not correct. The baseboards removed for the job where not replaced as part of the job. All questions were answered promptly and professionally. The price paid was reasonable and when the job was started, they worked continuously until it was completed. Workers were curtious, professional and did a good job protecting the work area from damage and dust. The bottom line; I would hire them again.
