Miranda Landscape and Drainage Systems

They were okay. Felt like I overpaid for the product that was delivered. And they did not finish the job. Once I paid them they ghosted me.

Hired this company to install landscaping drains. Lucky me this pass weekend we had a heavy rain. Everything seemed to be work well except the drains in the back. The service came with a 1 year warranty but it seems it wasnt even a week warranty. On Monday called and text with no response. Tuesday called and text 3 different numbers. Finally got response by text which stated, "We will be there Friday because we are busy right now " Friday came i text and called 4 numbers with no response at all. Thus the low rating.

This has been a very difficult group to work with. Their initial contact was excellent and very personable. The work was completed, but there was a pipe that was broken on our sprinkler and the patio was covered in white film. I called several times, most of the time not able to get through. They scheduled a time to come repair the damage and did not show up. They say they will come and do not. I was not left a number with the person in charge of the work.

Very knowledgeable and very good work. I don't think you can beat the price for the quality of work you get. We will be using them for other projects on our home. Highly recommend.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
