Medel and his team were absolutely excellent professionals. The planning was excellent with Medel being an excellend communicator and prompt responder, giving me confidence the job would be done in a timely manner at the quality level I expected wanted. We had less than a 3 week turnaround time and it was an amazing experience overall. The job was executed flawlessly and the garage was reroofed in one day. I would recommend them for absolutely anything.

I contacted Medel for an estimate on roof replacement, after reading HomeAdvisor reviews. He responded to my email within several hours and we met to discuss my project several days later. Wood and stucco repair was needed. I chose Miranda Contracting, not only because of the highly competitive price but also because they could handle all the parts of my job. The work was completed within a day and a half. The crew seemed very professional and did an excellent job. The cleanup was very thorough. I plan to have Miranda Contracting do my gutter replacement, in the near future.

Miranda's contracting did a very good job installing a new roof and the whole process was a smooth sail. They came on time for estimate and has gone through detailed survey of the roof and explained clearly about the project. They were professionals at every stage of the job from start-up to clean-up. They were responsive to my questions and always replied promptly. The contract was clear and detailed and they finished the project on time as promised. The quality of work is excellent. I gave them 5 stars on quality although right now as this review is written, some of the shingles are not flat on the roof, but they explained to me that they will flatten out over time. The service is also top notch. I rated them as 4.5 star on service because there was a minor miscommunication with my tenants at the start of the project that caused some trouble, but I do think my tenants were partially responsible too. They got my name and address wrong initially in contract, but they corrected them promptly, and it did not cause any issue in the end. Their price is comparable with other quotes I received or better, but mainly I liked their material quality and professionalism. I do recommend them to your for any of your future projects and you will not be disappointed.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof. They also repaired some additional related work that was not part of our contract for a reasonable price. They completed the house and garage in two days, they might have finished in one day but rain was coming and they made sure everything was covered before stopping for the day.

Medel always response whenever I call him. Quickly give quotes and details. Good price. Roof expert Pedro and Santos are awesome to fix my leaking dormer on Sunday in detail and even get rid of a wasp nest inside dormer siding for me! They give 5 yr warranty on the fix job and I definitely will give them a call whenever needed.

Mirandaâ s contracting did a very good job and they were professionals at every stage of the job from start-up to clean-up They showed up on time and finished as promised. The quality of work is excellent. I do recommend that you do give them the opportunity to to price and do your work. You will not be disappointed.

MIranda s Contracting was very professional and hard working. They stripped my roof(3 layers and shed (2 layers) in one day and replaced it. The crew worked very hard all day. They did a great job on the flashing around the chimney. I got four quotes from roofing contractors and compared all the contracts. MIranda s was the most honest priced and detailed all the work he was going to perform. These guys are the best in the business

I had my roof done a few weeks ago. The crews were shown up at 7am. It was very quick with this company. They had eight people to work on my roof. It was a hot day. They did a great job. I love how it looks.

Miranda's did a great job replacing our roof, in just one day. I would hire them again if needed.

They were fast, efficient, and the result is fine workmanship. They also used insulated high end doors.

In some respects, they were a great contractor. THey we willing to work with a changing timeframe on my end, and when I was ready to do the work, they got out here quickly and finished in less than a day. I live in an older home that I've been slowly updating. One major complaint that I have is that I think to finish quickly, they ran roughshod. They punctured my new fiber cement siding and have not responded to my request to have it fixed. They also left scattered debris around the yard (which I'll admit may have been lost in the leaves during clean-up). I also noticed some damage to to some trim under ther the eave on one face of the house.

We appreciated that Medel and his company kept their word with the plans for our new roof. Miranda installed the shingle we chose in the time frame we agreed for the contracted price. The clean up was also great with the dumpster gone the next day. We recommend the company for home improvement contracting.

Last Saturday I had my roof stripped and a new one installed. Medel was very easy to deal with excellent customer service skills. He was on time, and did a wonderful job. was very pleased with work. I would hire his company to do any home improvement.

I had a new roof installed. Medel and his crew removed old roof and installed new roof in 1 day. They did a very good job and the price was fair. I would hire them again - if I have need - no 2nd thoughts.

Excellent people to work with. They came gave a written estimate agreed on date/time and everything went as planned. They did the entire stripping of two layers and related materials and completed the install in just about seven hours EXACTLY AS QUOTED THEN SPENT THE REST OF THE DAY COMPLETELY CLEANING THE ENTIRE AREA OF AN NAILS AND ANY OTHER DEBRIS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM--GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

Mr Medel Miranda is very punctual. Has always responded to my phone calls. WE are elderly in 70 and 80 and he is the type of person we feel comfortable. He used the high quality material he had promised. I has recommomded him to my neighbour. I am looking forward to get his help for other repairs for the damages caused by the ice to the interior and the exterior of my house. Hope he gives me a resonable price . They are an outstanding company to do business with. They show up when promised, immediately do the work in a timely manner, and then clean up meticulously when the job is finished.

They were professional and answered all my questions. They let me know when they would arrive and about how long it would take. They walked around the job site afterwards. And they did the best clean up job I have seen.
