Miranda's Tile Quality Installation, LLC

Miranda Tile and Flooring, led by Julian Miranda, was a huge letdown. We paid a cash deposit for a master bathroom tile project and provided all requested materials before the scheduled start date. Julian repeatedly failed to show up--first blaming a court appearance, then promising to arrive the next day and ghosting us completely. All calls and texts were ignored, so we canceled the contract and requested our deposit back. He has not responded or refunded us, and now we're taking legal action. Avoid this contractor--completely unprofessional and unreliable.

We hired Sergio to repair our tile shower floor and were respectful and understanding during multiple occassions of unprofessionalism. Work he performed has resulted in worse issues than we had before. He quoted us a price that included items he did not perform and he never altered the quoted price, and also didn't complete items he'd agreed to do. Now roughly one month after his last work, we have 7 plus cracks in the grout and 2 of these are significant cracks. He was unprofessionally late multiple times by at least 30 min to hours with no call to inform us and no showed. He has no showed 3 times after payment was received. Hopefully he is more professional when contracted out by companies. As a homeowner, I'd avoid. Description of Work: We hired Sergio to repair our tile shower floor. Previous work had resulted in 2 small cracks in grout. We wanted it corrected and to ensure it would not happen again. His quote and agreement included inspecting and correcting the shower floor to eliminate the grout cracks from occurring again. Did not complete what was agreed to. UPDATE: 2 Months after last work, 1/3 of shower floor grout is cracked-AVOID!!- Ripoff

They did a really good job. Great attention to detail and showed up on time.
