Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
We had a problem with our former pool service. We had house guests coming and our pool was a mess. We contacted Mirror Image at 6 pm. They arrived at our house within the hour and treated the algae problem and added salt. Within a day and a half our pool was sparkling again. We were swimming with our guests 2 days later.

Great team. Friendly hard working do the extra necessary to make your pool sparkle. My rural setting with hundreds of trees creates a pollen yellow nightmare in the pool. Tom and Elizabeth fixed it in record time.

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
I needed someone to maintain my pool as my husband and I were in a car accident and could not. I hired them to do monthly maintenance (after 4 weeks the pool is still not as clean as it should be and the chlorine levels drop after a few days) and we asked if they knew anyone that seals and paints pool decks, they said they did and quoted us a price we gave them a deposit and they started work on the deck (power washing it first). They showed up with one can of paint to do over 300 square feet and stated they could do 3 coats. Needless to say it didn't even do one coat. They then said they needed more money, Reluctantly we agreed to pay an additional $75 to cover more materials. When they went to get materials they asked Home Depot and were told they had to seal it first. (This is something they should have known to begin with) Then once they came back the price went up another $250 because they miscalculated. NOT MY FAULT but, we really had no choice. We had this all in writing but, they refused to honor the original price quoted. Also once the job was completed there was paint on the walls of the house, the pool tile, also in the bottom of my pool, and the paint was applied very unevenly. Now I have to hire someone else to fix the issues. I definitely would not recommend them given my experience. This may be a one off but, they did not seem to know what they were doing when it came to refinishing the pool deck and not very knowledgeable about how to care for a pool.

"First of all we want to thank you for not only your business cleaning your pool but also this pool deck painting job. This was Unfortunately a well learned experience for us with Mirror Image, not only for the future but at that present time. Incorporating other types of work with our customers is always a great experience for not only the customer but Mirror Image and being ?OFF? is what we like to offer because normally above and beyond is not the norm for a day to day or average business. After unveiling the bare concrete from the thick layer of mold, dirt etc. that had collected from over 20 years of heavy use . The extent of the job then exceeded not only the Materials needed but drive time, dry time and several more steps needed to complete correct and with a guaranteed satisfaction. Yes of course the additional cost of materials was asked for and only settled with half just to make up money lost only to be explained after hours of cleaning, pressure washing and sanitizing the concrete had never been sealed in the first place. We were to invested to stop at this time and wanted to fulfill a complete and quality Job. Furthermore, Mirror Image is a highly recommended Pool Service business of which we clean and maintain swimming pools to a highly satisfied customer base. From time to time we try and help our customers in other types of work like pressure washing, pool deck painting, pool equipment supply, and also offer instructions to DIY from a knowledgeable and certified PRO. Please give us the opportunity to continue to serve all of your pool and pool supply needs in the future. Photos of before and after can be found under Chris Miller in our collection. THANK YOU AND AS ALWAYS HAVE A BLESSED DAY, TEAM MIRROR IMAGE"

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Thomas and Elizabeth make a great team. They keep our pool clean, healthy and good looking. They know their business. We changed pool services during the summer of 2017 while out of town on vacation. They needed no on site direction and the transition was a smooth one. After hurricane Irma, blew by, Thomas e-mailed us in NC to let us know the pool and screened enclosure were not damaged by the storm. He also updated us on our dock and house condition. The info was greatly appreciated. This is what customer service is all about. Great company with good people.
