Only a 1 star because I couldn?t give negative stats. He was hired for a deck job and tear down. Proceeded to take 8 months to completely destroy the new deck to where it wouldn?t pass any part of a final inspection. Got the run around for 6 months until I finally called to have the final inspection done and it failed miserably. After which he came for 2 more days a month later and proceeded to destroy the new deck even further. Purchased 5700 out of the 6700 on my credit card at Lowe?s for his own personal materials for which I?m in the process of disputing. And I?ve turned him into the attorney general so he can?t do this to anyone further. When I found out that on the final days of messing up my new deck he wasn?t even working under a permit or an up to date license in Scranton. Honestly the man should go to jail for what he does to not only me but other customers of his and he still may but hopefully this review is enough to deter you from even thinking about hiring him.

I hired mishan to do windows and siding. He ordered inside corners for a house with no inside corners. He ordered 10 outside corners when we needed four. He ordered roofing felt instead of tyvek. One one window his guys installed it with broken wood around the frame. This had to be taken out and redone.

They were great and such reasonable price, I hired them to remodel my bathroom. I think I found my go to for my house repairs. Thank you.

Sept. 2025. The crew worked efficiently and effectively to stop the leak from my tub down to the kitchen ceiling. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were polite and completed the job satisfactorily. Thank you. Be well. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.

The project was completed on time and is absolutely gorgeous. Re-furbished shed, built a work station for gardening, built steps for ease of walking up a slight bank in yard and for safety also. Re-laying of landscaping block and filled in floral beds with riverbed stone. Overall, 100% pleased with very affordable prices and workmanship. Will be painting my exterior on house this spring. Very pleased with all the work, honest, trustworthy and would recommend this company for all types of work. I wish more contractors were this honest and offered quality workmanship.
