Two words: SIMPLY FANTASTIC. I initially hired Idier and Misk to replace all the doors in my new home. His quality craftsmanship, professionalism, pride in his work, and efficiency also led me to hire him to replace all floor and window trim, work in my bathroom, backsplash in my kitchen, as well as renovate my basement. He is extremely talented, and I've recommended him, without hesitation, to friends, family, and colleagues. My house looks so beautiful now. I already have more work lined up for him!

Estimate was received on Friday and work was completed on Wednesday...now that's service. The quality of work was outstanding. I have already asked for estimates for other work...so I'm definitely using them again. Once you use Misk there is no need to seek another contractor.

Idier was fantastic. Very responsive, quick, professional. The work was done perfectly and we are very happy with the results. We will be using him again. Would recommend him to anyone.

The two men came to look at the job, offered to complete it on the spot, and did. They were fast and efficient, and were so quiet that the baby slept right through it. Highly recommended.

Hired Idier to repair one piece of aluminum siding. Did good job. I asked what else can he do. He said anything and everything so I hired him to install ceramic tile floors in foyer. BIG MISTAKE! Idier and his team damaged new hardwood floors in adjacent room, a stairwell riser, and baseboard heaters while taking out the old floors. Then his team installed the tiles without asking how it should be laid out and the tiles were installed crooked. Idier was apologetic and told me he was going to give me back my labor only deposit. I haven't received my money and he's not returning my calls. UPDATE: I feel Idier's rebuttal is inaccurate.

Idier and others at Misk Custom Builders provided excellent work for the improvement work at my house. Fair estimate, working timely and suggesting great options are some of the many great features of Idier's team at Misk. I would strongly recommend Misk for their valuable and fair work.

Idair was absolutely amazing! He transformed my apartment. He created a built in bookcase, window seating, beautiful crown moulding , painted, and installed every object I could possibly ask for. First, we were astounded that they actually came in the middle of a huge snowstorm, and got the job done in one day as they said. Then we were thrilled with the quality of the workmanship, the fact that they stuck to the price they quoted us and their over all professional and congenial attitudes. We love the new banisters and they also were able to remove a cabinet for us that had been mounted on the kitchen wall. We plan to use them again and soon!

He knows he stuff, has all the right tools. He worked without complaint, finished the job on time. When it was finished looked like the original building.

I hired Misk Custom Builders to repair my front hall staircase and to repair a study ceiling which needed sheetrock and texture. This has been a truly gratifying experience. Idier is knowledgeable, polite, engaging, and very comprehensive and fair with his estimate. He replaced treads and risers and completed the stairs with molding. just a wonderful experience. Our stairs with new bannister, railings and trim are beautiful - this contractor was reasonable and fair with his estimate, and we are very pleased with the results. I was hesitant to use Misk Custom Builders since I found them through the internet, but the reviews posted on Servicemagic proved to be accurate. He is polite, clean, and just an overall nice person who is very skilled at his craft. We anticipate renovating our kitchen next year, and will be calling Misk to do the work.

It was a pleasure working with Idier. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I needed to knock down an existing wall and closet and open up the layout of my first floor. He did so without any problems. And when there was an issue that came up with the flooring, he told me honestly if he could fix it the way I wanted it to look like. He didn't pretend that he could do the flooring, when he knew he didn't have the equipment to do so. I appreciated that. The job is complete, minus the flooring. But the portion of the project he did complete looks great and I would hire him again for other projects.

Misk Builders overall first impression was that they were very polite and eager to make us happy. They arrived on time and worked hard to finish on time. They were very neat and clean. We are very happy with our finished product and we plan on using them for future projects.

I hired them to remove a broken staircase and install a new one. They gave me a detailed estimate which was competive with the other estimates but gave me more for my money. They were on time, polite, and did an amazing job. The stairs look great and are competely secure and up to code. I would absolutely hire them again.
